Privacy Policy

postcmd.ai (postiz.postcmd.ai) is an internal publishing tool operated by PropRaven LLC ("we", "us"). It runs Postiz, an open-source social media scheduling application, to schedule and publish our own brand's content to our own social media accounts through each platform's official API. It is not a public product, does not accept sign-ups, and is not used to post on behalf of anyone other than us.

What this application does

The application lets our team (and automated systems we operate) draft, schedule, and publish posts to social media accounts that we own or control, using the official APIs of each connected platform (for example X, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit). It does not browse, scrape, or act on any account other than the ones we explicitly connect.

What data we handle

Platform account tokens — OAuth access/refresh tokens issued by each connected platform for our own brand accounts, used solely to publish content and read basic engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares) for those same accounts.
Post content — text, images, and video we author or generate for scheduled publication, stored until published (and briefly after, for our own record-keeping).
Basic operational logs — timestamps, post IDs, and error messages needed to confirm a post was delivered or to diagnose a failure.

We do not collect data about the general public, do not sell or share any data with third parties beyond the platforms the content is published to, and do not use this application to process anyone's personal data other than what the connected platforms require to publish a post (e.g. the platform's own API endpoints and account identifiers).

Data retention

Platform tokens are retained only as long as the corresponding account stays connected, and are revocable at any time by disconnecting the account in-app or by revoking access from the platform's own security/app-permissions settings. Post content and logs are retained for our own operational history and are not shared externally.

Third parties

The only third parties involved are the social media platforms themselves (X, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit) — solely to publish the content we author and to read back basic public engagement metrics for our own posts, via each platform's official API under our own developer application.
